Main Design Services

What is your process?

Brief

This is the part where you tell me what you need. This includes details about your project, any notes, images or examples of my other work that you like, the deliverables you may need and a final due date. 

The brief can be in whatever form works best for you, email, video chat, link to an online whiteboard etc.

Design Commission Agreement

If I can take on your project, I will then send my Design Commission Agreement to you. This confirms the project details, and lists my terms and conditions.

Deposit

Before work begins, I request a deposit of 50% of the agreed quote/estimate.

Design and Iteration

I will send you an invite to a Miro board. This allows me to present the design work to you as I go. I often use the Talktrack feature to help me to explain my design decisons. Miro also offers a great way for my clients to provide feedback via the comment feature. I am of course open to feedback via email or other methods too.

You do not need a Miro account to view or provide feedback.

Sign Off and Final Payment

Once the design is approved and signed off, I will then request the balance payment.

Delivery

This is the part where your final deliverables are sent to you.

Logos are supplied in a Logo Pack which includes print and web versions of the Logo, and a single page Brand Style Guide.

How much is this going to cost me?

Pricing

I am flexible in my pricing and like to ask my clients if they have a budget in mind for their individual project.

If you prefer, I can provide an estimate to get the conversation going. If I'm way out of the ballpark, let me know... there's always wiggle room! 

Day Rate

I prefer not to quote a day rate because it leaves too much ambiguity as to the full costs involved. However if you somehow need this, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
